2 lb. round steak, seasoned and floured 4 c. warm water 2 Tbsp. (heaping) flour 1/2 tsp. salt
Pound steak; fry in oil until browned. Place in large casserole. Add 3 c. water to skillet; simmer for gravy. Mix flour with remaining water and salt. Add to skillet, stirring until thick. Pour over steak; cover. Bake at 250 degrees about 2 hours or until tender.
