6 oz. can water chestnuts
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chili sauce
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 oz. can chow mein noodles, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Drain water chestnuts; chop. Beat 1 egg and milk in bowl. Add beef, onion, sauces, salt, pepper and chestnuts; mix well. Form into balls. Beat remaining egg with 2 Tbsp. water. Dip meatballs in egg mixture; roll in noodles. Fry in deep, hot fat until golden brown.
