3-4 Lg. potatoes, washed and cut into thirds
2 Lg. onions, sliced thin
garlic powder, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
1-1/2 sticks melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375
Spray baking dish with pam.Dip each piece of potato in melted butter and layer in bottom of dish. Sprinkle with garlic and salt and pepper. Layer onion slices on top. Repeat in this way until all is used up . Pour any butter left on top. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake @375 40-45 mins. or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
