1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. chopped onion salt and pepper to taste 2 (4 oz) green chilis, drained 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese 4 eggs, beaten 1 1/2 c. milk 1/4 c. flour
Brown meat and onion with salt and pepper; drain. Layer 1/2 of chilis and cheese. Top with meat. Sprinkle with remaining chilis and cheese. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well. Pour over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
