1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
6 oz. can tomato paste
4 c. corn chips
16 oz. can pinto beans
1 c. sliced ripe olives
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef until done. Stir in onion, seasoning mix, tomato paste and 2/4 c. water; simmer 10 minutes. Place 2 c. corn chips in casserole; spoon 1/2 of beef over chips. Place 1/2 the beans over beef; add 1/2 the olives. Sprinkle with 1/2 the cheese. Add remaining beef, then beans and then olives. Place remaining chips over top and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Uncover; bake another 10 minutes.
