1 1/2 lb. round steak 1 c. milk 1 c. flour seasoned salt to taste paprika to taste pepper to taste
Cut steak into serving pieces. Pound well; dip into milk. Combine remaining ingredients; dredge meat in flour mixture. Fry quickly in hot fat. Drain off excess fat; add a small amount of water. Cover; cook over low heat for 15 minutes or until tender.
