1 lb. beef 2 Tbsp. chili powder 1 onion, chopped 1 lb. velveeta cheese 1 can evaporated milk 1 can tomato soup 1 doz. tortillas
Brown beef, chili powder and onion. Simmer until done. Combine remaining ingredients, except tortillas. Heat to melt cheese. Cup tortillas in strips. Arrange alternating layers of tortillas and meat mixture in a greased dish. Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes.
