2 eggs
1 (8 oz) tomato sauce or juice
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. molasses
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. tabasco sauce
3 c. soft bread crumbs
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
2 tsp. accent
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
3 lb. ground beef

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs slightly in large bowl. Add tomato sauce, mustard, molasses, vinegar and tabasco sauce; blend well. Mix in bread crumbs, onion, parsley, accent, salt and thyme. Add ground beef; mix well. Pack in 9 x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Turn out on platter. Serve with whole baby carrots and new potatoes.
