1/2 c sour cream 1 1/2 c sugar 1 1/2 tsp vanilla 13 oz walnuts (or part raisins)
mix cream and sugar. Heat to 223º F stirring constantly. Add vanilla and walnuts. Stir rapidly until mixture has coated nuts and sugared. Spread on tray and separate. Cool. Will keep 3 to 4 months in air tight container.
