1 lb. fresh, cooked shrimp cut into small bite size pieces
1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1 cup mayo
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 can tomato soup(undiluted)
1 8oz. package of softened cream cheese
Ritz crackers for serving

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin per package direction using 1/4 cup cold water. Heat tomato soup to boiling. Remove from heat and add dissolved gelatin. Add softened cream cheese to tomato soup and gelatin mixture. Mix in large bowl. Add mayo, mix well. Add celery, onion, shrimp, mix well. Pour into 5 cup mold and refrigerate overnight. Serve with Ritz crackers.
