2 Cups wheat germ (#1)
1 1/2lbs Sirloin steak chopped into 1 inch cubes
6 Spanish peppers
1 Tbs basil
4 Tsp matouks sauce
11/2 Tbs cinnamon
Salt and pepper
and "the touch"

Directions:
1. Soak, wash, and drain wheat germ
2. Half freeze meat, needs to be very very cold
3. In cuisinart, chop up meat along with wheat germ. Add in 2-3 ice cubes per 1-2 handfuls of meat to keep from overheating
4. Remove meat from cuisinart
5. In separate bowl mix Spanish pepper's matouks sauce, basil, cinnamon, and salt and pepper
6. Mix meat and mixture in bunches
7. Knead meat with a tiny bit of water
8. Layer in Dish
9. Serve with olive oil
