3/4 c chopped o9nion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 T cooking oil
3 c chopped squash crooked neck or zucchini
1/2 of 4 oz can chopped green chilies
1 recipe spicy sauce
4 - 6 flour tortillas
11/2 c chopped tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion and garlic in oil 2 minutes,add squash,cover and cook 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in chilies. Prepare spicy sauce. Stir in 1/3 of spicy sauce into squash mixture. divide onto the flour tortillas. Roll up. Place in Pam sprayed 8 x 8 pan. Top with remaining sauce. Cover. Bake 30 minutes at 400 Top with chopped tomatoes last 5 minutes of baking time.
