5-6 Sprigs of fresh thyme
2 Packages of fresh spinach
3 Scallions (sliced, both white and green parts)
1 Pound frozen okra
1 Large glove garlic
Water to cover ingredients in pot
3/4 Cup chicken stock
1 Container of fresh crab meat (12 -16 oz)
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place, thyme (off the sprig), spinach, scallions, frozen okra, garlic into pot.
2. Fill pot with water, until water is covering the ingredients.
3. Season with salt and pepper
4. Bring to a boil
5. Add chicken stock
6. Emulsify (whether in blender or with hand blender)
7. Add crab meat
8. Mix together and serve
