8 eggs
4 cups milk BEAT TOGETHER
2 TSP salt
½ TSP dry mustard
Cube 6 slices of white bread (crust removed)

Directions:
Directions:
Place cubed bread in bottom of 9 x 13 pan
Pour batter over bread
Cover with ¾ LB shredded cheddar cheese
Refrigerate overnight covered.
Remove cover. Bake 325º for one hour
