2/3 c. milk
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. honey
1 1/2 c. Quaker Oats (Quick or Old Fashioned, uncooked)
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 T. baking powder
3/4 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Add milk, oil, egg and honey to combined remaining ingredients, mixing just enough until dry ingredients are moistened. Fill 12 greased or paper-lined medium-sized muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake in preheated hot oven (400F) 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 1 dozen muffins.
