2 lbs beef stew meat 1 large can stewed tomatoes 6-8 carrots quartered ½ PKG onion soup mix 1 cup chopped celery 4 oz red wine 3 TBS tapioca 2 slices of bread – cubed 1 T Sugar 1 T Pepper 1 T Salt ½ T of each Thyme, Marjoram and Rosemary
Place all in large casserole. Cover and Bake 250º For 6 hours. Add potatoes 1 ½ hours prior to eating.
