2 lbs beef stew meat
1 large can stewed tomatoes
6-8 carrots quartered
PKG onion soup mix
1 cup chopped celery
4 oz red wine
3 TBS tapioca
2 slices of bread cubed
1 T Sugar
1 T Pepper
1 T Salt
T of each Thyme, Marjoram and Rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
Place all in large casserole. Cover and Bake 250 For 6 hours.
Add potatoes 1 hours prior to eating.
