Ingredients:  
1 lb beef sirloin,
1 tbs shortening,
1 medium onion, sliced,
1 clove garlic, minced,
1 10 1/2 oz can cream of mushroom soup,
1 c sour cream,
1 3 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained,
2 tbs catsup,
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce,
Poppy Seed Noodles or noodles of choice.

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat in 1/4 " strips and brown in hot shortening. Add onion and garlic; cook till onion is crisp - tender.combine remaining ingredients except noodles. Add meat. Heat through, but do not boil. Serve over noodles.

Poppy Seed Noodles: Cook 4 oz noodles in boiling salted water, drain. Add 1 tbs butter and 1 tsp poppy seed; toss together. I like to add little wine.
