Two 3 oz. packages French Vanilla Instant Pudding
3 cups cold milk
Large container Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix two 3 oz packages of French Vanilla Instant pudding with 3 cups of cold milk. Fold in a large container Cool Whip.

Line bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan with whole graham crackers (not crumbs). Pour 1/2 of pudding mixture over crackers. Add another layer of crackers and then the rest of pudding mix. Then top with a 3rd layer of crackers.

ICING
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1/4 cup milk
1 stick margarine
1 t. vanilla

Mix cocoa, sugar and milk. Bring to a boil all over pan. Cook 1 minute. Add margarine & vanilla. Cool. When cool enough, beat until thick enough to spread on cake.
