2-3 cups cooked squash, mashed
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. undiluted mushroom soup
1 slightly beaten egg
1/4 t. pepper
1/2 c. grated cheese
3 T. minced onion
1/2 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and place in casserole. Place slivered almonds over top of casserole (if desired). Bake 40 minutes in 350 oven.
