Dressing:
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1/4 tsp dry mustard
celery seed, salt and pepper to taste
1/2-3/4 c. salad oil

Directions:
Directions:
Boil all dressing ingredients except oil for 1 min., then add oil. When cooled, pour over salad made from red and/or green leaf lettuce, small can of mandarin oranges, and a bunch of sliced green onions
