5 lbs. potatoes-cooked & diced 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese-grated salt & pepper (to taste) 1/2 c. softened oleo 3 slices cubed white bread 1 small onion chopped 1/4 c. chopped parsley 1/2 large can evaporated milk
Mix all ingredients. Place in greased casserole dish. Bake at 350º for 1/2 hour or until brown.
