2 lbs ground beef
1 lg onion chopped
1 medium Irish potato, diced
1 lg can vegetable soup
1 can mixed vegetables, drained
1 can English peas,green beans or lima beans
dash of garlic powder
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain ground beef. Then mix it with all the other ingredients. Pour into a covered casserole dish and bake on 350 for about 30 mins.
