Yellow Onion Chopped
3 Cloves Garlic Chopped
Bunch Green Onions Chopped
Stick Butter
3 Tbl Parsely chopped
1 Qt. Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Cup Chicken Broth
2 Cups Uncooked Quick Grits
8 Oz Cream Cheese
2 Oz Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
4 Egg Whites
2 # Shrimp Peeled
Juice from 1 Lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onion, garlic, green onions and parsley in the butter until the yellow onions are clear. Add the whipping cream and chicken broth and bring to a boil. Stir in the grits, bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes stirring constantly. Take off the fire and stir in the cream cheese, parmesan cheese, egg whites, shrimp and lemon juice. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with biscuits.
