3-15oz cans chunky pineapple,drained,reserve juice
1 cup sugar
6Tbsp self rising flour
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups Ritz cracker crumbs
1stick melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
grease a 9-13 dish
Drain pineapple reserving juice,combine flour,sugar and 6TBsp of juice. Add cheese and pineapple chunks. Mix well. Pour into dish.
In a medium bowl,combine cracker crumbs, melted butter and 3TBsp of juice. Spread mixture on top of pineapple mixture. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
