1 lb. ground round or ground beef
1 chopped onion
1-2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 can Rotel
1 can shoepeg corn
2-3 cans beans (black beans, chili beans, pinto beans, or kidney beans)
1 package taco seasoning
1 package ranch dressing mix
1 c. water
1 T. black pepper
ľ tsp. cayenne pepper--optional

Brown the ground round with the onion. Drain and mix in the rest of the ingredients. Add all contents of canned items and donít drain. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
