(5 Minute Chocolate Mug Cake)



4 Tbs flour

4 Tbs sugar

2 Tbs cocoa

1 egg

3 Tbs milk

3 Tbs oil (or melted butter)

3 Tbs chocolate chips (optional)

a small splash of vanilla

1 large coffee mug

Directions:
Directions:
Add dry ingredients to the mug and mix well. Add egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in milk and oil and mix well. Add chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla and mix again. Put your mug in the microwave and cook 3 minutes on 1000 watts (high). The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed! Allow to cool a little and tip out onto a plate if desired. EAT!! This can serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous.
