1/2 c. vegetable oil 1/4 c. chopped onion 2 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. cider vinegar 2 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. ground mustard 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. poppy seeds 8 c. torn fresh spinach 3 green onions sliced 2 pints fresh strawberries sliced 3 large bananas cut into slices 1/2 c. slivered almonds toasted
Place oil, onion, cider vinegar, sugar, mustard and salt in a blender, cover and process until sugar is dissolved. Add poppy seeds and process until just blended. In salad bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Drizzle with dressing, toss to coat. Serve immediately.
