1 large Velveeta cheese
2 - 8 oz packages cream cheese
1 medium onion - chopped
1 can chopped green chili's (hot or medium depending on taste)
1 1/2 cans evaporated milk (or 1 large and 1 small)
Salsa - as much as you like - I use about 1/2 bottle (hot or medium depending on taste)
Tortilla chips for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chili's and onion in some (approx. 2-3 tsp.) margarine in large frying pan. Add salsa. Cut up cheese and add. Pour in evaporated milk. Salt to taste. Cook slowly on warm until cheese is melted. Note - I put mine in my crock pot to keep warm while serving.
