Ingredients:  
4 c of chopped chicken meat,
2 c of chopped celery,
1 1/2 c chopped pecans,
Salt and pepper to taste/ more pepper,
Squeeze the juice of two oranges then stir,
Add mayonnaise to taste.

Serve on bed of lettuce, or stuff pocket bread, very tasty
