12 c raw sweet corn
1/2 lb butter
1 c 1/2 and 1/2

Directions:
Directions:
Put in roaster. Bake at 350 for one hour. Cool, divide into freezer bags and store in freezer.

This is a great way to preserve fresh, summer corn for cold, winter nights. The flavor of this and the regular corn recipe is amazing and no can or frozen bag of corn in the grocery store comes close.
