1 lb crab meat
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 T parsley flakes
1 t Old Bay Seasoning (or to taste)
bread crumbs (or smashed saltine crackers)
2 t mayo
1 t mustard (yellow)
dash Worchester sauce

Batter:
1 egg
1 c self-rising flour
2 t Old Bay seasoning
1 T parsley flakes
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crab meat, egg, parsley and Old Bay together. Add crumbs, mayo and mustard to crab meat, mix thoroughly. Shape into crab cakes; make batter.

Whip egg w/ spoon. Add flour, Old Bay, seasoning and parsley. Add enough milk to make consistency of pancake batter, but not too thin. Mix well. Heat oil in frying pan. Dip crab cake into batter w/ fork. Place dipped crab cake into hot oil and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
