1/2 cup shortening
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup sour milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cup rhubarb
1 tsp. soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in order. Put in greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle mixture of 1/3 cup sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon over top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 min. or until toothpick comes out clean.
