12 thin chicken cutlets
1/2 t. salt
dash black pepper
1/4 c flour
4 T margarine or butter
1/2 c. Marsala wine
1/4 c. beef bouillon

Directions:
Directions:
Flatten chicken cutlets between sheets of plastic wrap w/ smooth mallet. Sprinkle w/ salt, pepper & flour; shake off excess flour. (Save 1 T of this flour) Melt margarine or butter in large skillet. Brown chicken on both sides in margarine; remove; keep warm. Stir wine into pan juices. Mix 1 T of the flour used for dredging w/ the bouillon. Add to skillet; cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour over cutlets.
