Ingredients:  
1 egg
1 cup hot milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 tsp. flour
1 heaping tbsp. shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Put yeast in a little warm water with a little sugar and let rise.
Mix milk, shortening and sugar. When cool, add egg and raised yeast. Add flour and salt. Mix. (May need to add extra flour if sticky) Let raise. Roll out, place melted butter over top then sugar and cinnamon to taste. Cut and place on baking sheet. Let raise. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 min. or until light brown. Drizzle with frosting and serve.
