8 average-sized cukes (at room temperature)
2 average-sized onions
3 c vinegar
3 c sugar
1/4 c salt
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp mustard seed
1 tsp tumeric

Directions:
Directions:
Slice cukes and onions about 1/4" thick and layer in an ice cream bucket. Boil all remaining ingredients and then pour on top of cukes and onions. Cover completely with brine, leaving 2" from the top. Let sit in fridge at least overnight before serving. Waiting a few days is better.
