3-5 boneless,skinless chicken breasts
Seasonings
1/2 C chopped celery
1/2 C sliced green onions
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Mayonnaise
Mustard
Sweet pickle relish

Directions:
Directions:
Cover the chicken with all of your favorite seasonings. Coat it thickly and bake until done.
Chop chicken. Add rest of ingredients, with mayo, mustard and relish to taste.

This really is the best chicken salad. Really cover the chicken with the seasonings and use as many different flavors as you like, that's what makes the salad taste so good.
