1-small block of chedar cheese
1-small block of Swiss cheese
1-small block of Mozarella
1-small package of bacon, fried crispy and crumbled
Use a pre-made pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Scatter bacon and cheese over the bottom of the crust. Leave room from custard to soak threw.
Pour custard all over and bake in a pre-heated 375 oven 40 to 45 minutes or until custard is firm and puffy and lightly brown. Serve warm or let quiche cool.

Really good with a chilled bottle of white wine.May add additional items into the mix, including but not limited to cut cherry tomatoes, oinons,eggplant, mushrooms, sausage, olives, ham, whatever you like
