4 Eggs,
1 c Milk,
1/4 c sugar,
1/4 tsp cinnamon,
1 medium Joathan or
McIntosh Apple peeled
and shredded,
1/2 tsp vanilla extract,
1/2 c chopped pecans,
1 loaf French bread cut into 12 slices,
2 tbsp melted butter,
Maple syrup.

Directions:

Make the night before.
Nonstick spray or melted butter.

Coat bottom of 13 x 9" glass baking dish.
Combine eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, apples to vanilla. Place bread in single layer in baking dish. Pour egg mixture over bread. Turn bread over to coat other side. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnite.

Next morning. preheat oven to 425. Sprinkle pecans over bread slices and drizzle with melted butter. Bake 20 -25 minutes or until puffy. Serve with maple syrup.
