1 cup sour cream
2 T taco sauce
1 2 oz can chopped olives
1 cup tortilla chips, crushed
1 lb ground beef
2 T taco seasoning mix
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl combine sour cream, taco sauce, tortilla chips and set aside.
In another bowl combine ground beef, taco seasoning mix and 2 T cold water.
In a mini muffin pan sprayed with Pam, press about 1-2 T of meat mixture into cups, forming a shell; place a spoonful of tortilla chip filling in each, mounding slightly and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Bake at 425 for 8 minutes-when remove loosen each with tip of knife and serve or cool and freeze.
To reheat, bake 10-15 minutes at 375.
