1 cup margarine
1 3/4 cup sugar
4 eggs
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can cherry pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the margarine and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add flour mixture to the creamed mixture; beat. Reserve 1 1/2 cups of batter. Spread the rest in a l5 by 10 by 1 inch pan. Spread the pie filling over the batter. Then drop on the remaining 1 1/2 cups of batter by spoonfuls. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Drizzle with powdered sugar icing. (Mix a little powdered sugar with water).
