3/4 cup Bisquick or other baking mix
3/4 cup milk
4 eggs
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and blend. Pour into a 9 inch pie plate. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
