1 c. flour
2 T. corn starch
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter, softened
1 1/3 c. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the butter with the powdered sugar, then add the flour mixed with the baking soda.
If dough is too soft cover and chill a bit.

Shape into balls and roll in coconut. Bake at 300 for 20 mins.
