3 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
1 c. sugar
juice and zest of one orange
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse cranberries. In a saucepan, combine sugar and water (don't add the cranberries yet!). Bring water and sugar to a boil. Boil 5 minutes. Add cranberries. Bring to a boil and boil gently for about 5 more minutes -until the skins pop. Remove from heat, add orange zest and juice.
Refrigerate. Makes about 2 1/2 c.
