5 med. size potatoes
3-4 Tbsp. Butter
Salt/pepper
Old Bay seasoning*


Directions:
Directions:
Wash potatoes and cut in half length-wise. In a glass 9X13 pan, melt butter in microwave & sprinkle with seasonings. Arrange potatoes cut side down in pan & cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
*garlic or onion powder can be substituted or any seasoning of your choice.
