1 lb. Wild rice
1 lb. chopped bacon
chopped onions
chopped celery
sliced mushrooms
sliced cauliflower
sliced broccoli

Directions:
Directions:
Soak Wild Rice for several hours in cold water.
Drain and rinse, add more cold water and boil for ten minutes, rinse and add more cold water and boil again for ten minutes or until it triples in size.
In a large frying pan:
Fry 1 lb. chopped bacon when cooked add chopped onions, celery, sliced mushrooms cauliflower and broccoli. Mix rice and veggies in roasting pan and add one package onion soup mix. Mix well and bake until well heated about 60 min.
