2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
TOPPING

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt together and set aside. Cram margarine, sugar and brown sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk and spread in well greased 9x13 inch pan. Mix topping ingredients together and spread over top of batter. Cover pan with foil and refrigerate 8 hours. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes
