2 eggs
3/4 Tbsp water
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup sifted flour

1 pint strawberries
2 Tbsp sugar
1/4 cup heavy cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs slightly, add water and vanilla. Sift flour, salt, and 1/2 cup sugar together, add to eggs and beat until smooth. Pour into ungreased layer cake pan.

Bake in mod oven, 350 degrees about 20 minutes; invert pan; cool.
