1/2 cup warm (105 to 115 degrees) water 1 pkg active dry yeast 1-1/2 cups flour 1/2 tsp salt 1 Tbsp cooking oil or shortening
Dissolve yeast in warm water and let stand 5 minutes. Stir in flour, salt, and oil. Knead until it forms a ball. Let rise in a greased covered bowl for about 10 minutes. roll dough out on a lightly floured board. Place in greased Pizza pan. Spread sauce on crust. top with suggested toppings.
