1 can golden mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/4 c. water in each can (rinsing) 1 1/2 lbs. beef, cut in cubes (extra lean)
Mix mushroom and chicken soups with water. Place beef cubes into casserole dish and pour soup mixture over it. Bake covered for 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 300º. This is wonderful over rice or noodles. Meat will be very tender.
