1 cup uncooked rice
2 cans chicken and rice soup
1 large onion
1 can button mushrooms
1 sm. jar pimento
1 stick butter
1 1/4 c. water
1 large green pepper
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together in a 9 x 13 dish: rice, soup, mushrooms (undrained), pimento (undrained), salt, water, pepper (chopped), butter and onion (chopped and sauteed). Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Stir 3 times while cooking uncovered.
